    It looked like the total should have been around $71 and some change with free shipping. That's what enticed me to buy (2) qty, but when the total was tallied up, the total amt charged to my card that is, was $76.09. It looked like the 16 % discount, along with free shipping but then the tax added which is what should appear at checkout into the amount before it goes to the card. That way it doesn't appear like you're adding more money. I'm not pleased about the way this went down! You should fix it! Say what it is!

    I have ordered from comboink several times and have never had a problem, this time the 241XL color cartridge did not work. In order to get a refund I need to fill out a form, mail the cartridge back, and wait for a new one. \

    I have found ComboInk cartridges to be excellent and economical alternatives to purchasing the costly original manufacturer cartridges. They are also much more consistent in quality printing than two re-fill services that I have tried. I have two printers that I use them in and I am completely pleased with their performance.
