    Honest answer is that 10% of the cartridges were not recognized by the printer. I simply toss the bad cartridge and try another. Even factoring in the waste, the price offered is lower than a purchase from the manufacturer. Additionally, shipment times are quick and my overall customer satisfaction is positive.
