How to check for my order status?
Without login to your account:
- Click on the quick "Order Status" link on the footer to check for your order status.
- Click on the tab to check your order status by email address or shipping zip code.
- Enter your order ID and email address.
- Click on the "TRACK MY ORDER" button.
From your account dashboard
- Click on the "Orders" link on the "My Account" menu on the top right side of the header.
- Login to your account when prompted.
- Find your order, and check for your order status.
- If your order shows a status of "Shipped," you will be able to see the "Track Order" link on the right side of your order history box.
