    I recommend this product
    My cartridges are fine, but the HP74 cartridges do not work on my aunt's printer and you closed out my ticket before I could reply. I tried the steps suggested and it still didn't work. I bought an original cartridge and it works.

    I have no complaints. I installed and took precautions as instructed all went well. Popped cartridge in and started printing.The price was great and would purchase again.
