I run a home based business and rely heavily on my printers. This toner works just as well as its pricey factory original but for a fraction of the cost. I print a large amount of bar codes and the toner prints cleanly and nearly every time.

If I had ever had even one issue with any of the ink jet or laser cartridges I would not continue using ComboInk. Used them for a few years now and have always enjoyed fast shipping and great prices. Don't know about Customer Service since I've never used them! My friends feel the same. ComboInk's warranty period is much longer than others I have seen.
