How to Replace HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 Ink Cartridge

Find HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 - install replacement ink cartridges steps below:

  1. Make sure your printer is on.
  2. To open the cartridge access door, place your fingers into the slot found on the left side of your printer and pull.
  3. The printer will be prompt to move the ink holder to the right position for ink cartridge installation. Wait for the printer to stop before proceeding.
  4. To release the ink cartridge, push in on the front of the cartridge and pull it towards you to move from its slot.
  5. Remove the packaging from the replacement ink cartridges.
  6. With the cartridge contacts facing the printer, push in the replacement ink cartridge into its corresponding slot until it snaps into place.
  7. Close cartridge access door.

    I now have ComboInk cartridges installed on both my Epson RX680 and HP 8600 Officejet. The HP squaked momentarily because it was not 'branded' HP, but it accepted it. Funny thing -- only the Cyan squaked the Black, Magenta, and Yellow - no squaking. I highly recommend this. Works on my 2 printers, should work on yours. Besides, like the insurance commercials, look at all the money you will save!

    I have used ink cartridges for my HP printer for a couple of years and they seem to work just as well as the name brand guys! My printer has a message that comes up saying that you know that these are not HP name brand, but they work anyway, and at 1/3 of the cost.
