Before you return an item, read our Troubleshooting Tips. Many of our customers usually resolve 95% of issues with just a little troubleshooting.
Orders within 10 Days of Carrier Delivery
We're confident in the quality of our products, and we want to make sure you're completely satisfied. That's why we offer FREE returns for orders placed with the "$3.99 Standard Shipping" option and within 10 days of delivery based on the carrier's tracking information. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us to set up a return for a FULL refund.
- Contact us by phone, live chat, or online form, and let a customer service team member know that you want to return an order. An RMA number will be provided to you.
- Wait for your return label to be emailed to you. This typically takes 1-2 business days.
- Print your label out, write the RMA number legibly on the label, and use it to ship the order back. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging.
- Once the return is received and processed, the refund will be issued to the same method of payment as your original order. Please allow 2-5 business days from receipt of package to process.
Please note that orders must be returned to us within 30 days of setting up a return. All returns after 30 days from setting up a return or after 400 days from the original purchase date will either be refused or subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
Any and all products returned without the proper Return Authorization Number (RMA) set up will be refused.
*All orders will be refunded up to $3.99 of associated shipping costs. Any additional or expedited shipping cost will not be refunded.Orders within 365 Days of Order Placement
For orders after the 10 days of carrier delivery but within the first 365 days from order placement, we can still help.
If your cartridges are defective, we can set up a return for a refund. Please contact us with your order details ready, such as printer model, cartridge number, and Order ID.
If your cartridges are not defective, but you need to return them, we will accept them if they are unopened and in sellable condition. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging. We offer two options for non-defective returns:
- Store Credit with NO restocking fee
- Refund with a 15% restocking fee
Please note, that except in the case of a packing error, the shipping costs of an order are non-refundable, regardless of the items being defective or non-defective. If an entire order is being returned and was placed with Free Shipping, we will deduct $4.95 from the refund. You would be responsible for return shipping and any costs associated with non-defective items.

Orders after 365 days of order placement
All purchases after 365 days of order placement will not be eligible for return.

- Exchange Item(s) for a Different Type
- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. However, you would be able to send them back for a store credit or a refund, so you can order the items you need.
- Return Policy for OEM Cartridges
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) cartridge returns can ONLY be accepted for a refund if unopened and return setup is within 15 days of purchase. Returned items must be received within 30 days of return set up date. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all unopened items. We will not accept returns for opened OEM products.
For defective OEM items, please reach out to their respective manufacturer for any and all product related issues, including return process. - US Non-contiguous and International Returns
- Returns being made from outside the Contiguous US are subject to return shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are based on location and weight.
Shipping and handling charges for Canadian orders are non-refundable.ComboInk is not responsible for return shipping costs coming from Canada.
Return labels are available only for US domestic orders. They are not available for US territories and international addresses.
